Bogdan is a goal orientated coach that leads through his exceptional coaching ability. He has the ability to encourage all levels of management to reflect and look at obstacles through the eyes of thier employees. His communication skills are multi-faceted and his positive attitude is constant. Bogdan has the ability to take abstract and complex topics and break them down to coachable tasks without losing the big picture. Even though I was senior to his position on a global scale, I learned from him and was always encourage to discuss tough and challenging topics and was able to apply elsewhere. I can only highly recommend him and encourage all those who might be challenged by his probing questions to take a step back and remember Bogdan has the spirit of desiring to make the best out of every situation and sometimes in order to grow one has to ask themselves or the situation the hard questions, I prefer having someone I trust ask, to help me from my own blindness.
